Any English (and in fact Modern) language teacher or teacher trainer who is interested in meaningful integration of educational technology into the classroom.
Tech savviness is not required but some basics* when it comes to educational technology use are helpful and so is openness to experimentation and peer learning.
* Use of online collaborative documents, sharing content via hyperlinks, embedding audio and video files, information search techniques.
